Cary B. Domina
Mr. Domina, a partner and shareholder with Peel Brimley, has been with the firm since graduating from law school in 2007. While Mr. Domina primarily practices in the areas of private and public construction litigation, Mr. Domina also represents clients before the Nevada State Contractors’ Board, the Federal and Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration and various trade and labor unions. Mr. Domina also has vast experience handling all types of business, commercial and real estate litigation, including representing both residential and commercial property owners who have disputes with their Owners’ Associations and Architectural Review Committees.
Over the years, Mr. Domina has successfully represented clients’ interests in several trials, arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Domina regularly teaches seminars relating to mechanic’s lien rights under NRS Chapter 108 and other statutory protections for contractors and subcontractors under NRS Chapter 624.
In 2010, Mr. Domina was selected as a “Rising Star” in Nevada by Super Lawyers Magazine.

A graduate of Carson High School in Carson City, Mr. Domina grew up with the Sierra Nevada Mountains in his backyard. As such, Mr. Domina’s interests include mountain biking, snowboarding, fly fishing, camping, backpacking, hiking, and boating. Mr. Domina enjoys doing all of these activities with his wife, four children and the family dog, “Tahoe.”
