Biography:

Mr. Gebhart’s practice concentrates in construction, labor and employment, and complex commercial litigation. As a construction litigator, Mr. Gebhart has represented owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and other construction and design professionals. Mr. Gebhart has litigated a variety of construction claims at trial and in arbitration. Mr. Gebhart has successfully defended employers in federal and state employment and labor actions, as well as in arbitrations, mediations, and other alternative dispute forums and is a former Editor of the Nevada Employment Law Newsletter. Mr. Gebhart is admitted to practice in Nevada; the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court.
