Distinctions

Lead construction counsel for numerous large private project complex litigations (many over $100 million); several multi-million dollar construction trial verdicts; lead construction counsel for more  than one dozen large construction projects at the McCarran International Airport including the construction of the $2.4 billion McCarran International Terminal 3 expansion project (which was successfully completed within budget with no outstanding commercial claims on the date of opening); lead construction counsel for the construction of the Salt Lake City International Airport’s ongoing ten year $1.8 billion expansion project; co-lead construction counsel for the construction of the Port of Seattle’s $225 million Consolidated Rental Car Facility Project; selected by Clark County, Nevada to coordinate with several public agencies and the Associated General Contractors to draft and present industry revisions to proposed Nevada Construction Manager at Risk legislation; principal litigation partner supervising a team of Peel Brimley construction litigators.
